Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, VAT and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country.

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. THE VINTAGE GARMENT reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. THE VINTAGE GARMENT can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
Returns and complaints

If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
